7474 ARC Radiator Cooling Plate

Okay, I guess for those who have no idea what this thing is. It's actually a piece of metal plate located right infront of your radiator. It's main sole purpose is to ensure that the air flows directed to the radiator . Better air flow to the radiator , the cooler your engine becomes. For the turbo car , the engines does gets kind of hot. Since Malaysia is located at the equator, it does makes kind of hot. So efficient cooling system for the car is a must.

Unfortunately, not all stock cars are actually equipped with the cooling plate. I was lucky to owned a performance car which comes with the cooling. Well, since it's stock they don't really made it to look cool. It's just a simple black plastic piece.


The black plastic piece is located infront on top of the Mitsubishi emblem

Anyway, since I bought an ARC manifold cover. I guess the radiator plate have to come from the same brand or it would look kinda weird and luckily N1 Racing has the one and only ARC cooling plate on display. It's kind of small for the likes of some, but for me it's neat. And it has the ARC plate on it.

I don't know whether this falls under performance catergory or not. Since it doesn't makes the car goes any faster, but I guess it has it's own role in making the go faster anyway.
